鄭元暢30日舉辦公司尾牙，公布自家新人李程彬。2013年他成立經紀公司，當時在大陸看到李程彬外型和作品，立刻心動尋求聯繫方式。小綜傳簡訊尾牙禮品給他，寫道：「我是鄭元暢，想約你見面談談。」李程彬笑說當時不相信，「這是詐騙集團吧，我還劉德華勒！」

簽下現年25歲的李程彬後，鄭元暢透露常藉機推銷自家新人，他出席活動時，小綜還會在一旁擔憂他的答話，可說是相當稱職的經紀人。李程彬身高184公分，身高188公分的小綜說「我們家挑人要183公分以上」，除了外型佳，氣勢也夠足。而為什麼不簽女生？小綜說，女藝人不好找，一切看緣分，女生不能超過22歲。

鄭元暢2014年消失3個月拍電視劇《只因單身在一起》，拍電影《我是女王》、《重生戀人》，今年農曆年將去柏林拍攝電影，都將於2015年都會上映。小綜說，馬年有個很好的ending，期許自己羊年能夠揚眉吐氣，「以演員角色，希望在不同國家和不同地區有不同作品。身為演藝圈一份子，希望在戲劇創作、拍攝和新人培養，都能進更多心力。」小綜認為台灣是個明星的大搖籃，需要大家一起努力，也希望大家給新人機會。
